OK, we’ve all heard the President of America Donald Trump say on the campaign trail ” LET’S MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” and millions of Americans voted for him.
Today I want start a new phrase one that would change the world, it is ” MAKE MAN GREAT AGAIN! ” and ladies I need your assistance.
We’ve all heard the old adage “behind every good man is a good woman” Is this true? Perhaps it is. In the Bible, women are described as “help-mates” to their husbands. Does that mean they hang in the shadows merely existing to cater to his every whim, or should they perhaps be serving a more important role?
Men have the seeds of greatness in them, but those seeds need to be watered. They need to be nurtured, I believe that’s really a role that God gave to a wife. He gave her the power and the ability to be able to nurture and water those seeds of greatness.”
One area that wives sometimes overlook, is showing respect to their husbands. This is perhaps the greatest need that men have.
For the women whose spouses are in ministry, your man needs you, as his wife to be involved with him and his calling, and to support him. That does not mean you lose your identity or who you are, or that what you do is not important. Just the fact that the Lord would call you to be a wife of a pastor or minister is a great honor.
Give him over to the Lord. He belongs to God and God has called him. The worst thing you can do as a wife is pull down your husbands and distract him from what God has called him to do. Your husband can never meet all of your needs—only God can.

Here is what you’ve missed out on.
Not in prideful and pompous manner, but we should worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. That is the kind of worshipers God is seeking after. God said I sought for the man that would stand in the gap for me for the land that I should not destroy it. God is looking here for a man, a masculine man.
John 4:23-24 But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
God is looking for fathers. I am aware that society is changing rapidly on the social issues. The devil is inspiring men and women to remove the boundaries that has been clearly established by God and that distinguishes between male and female. A man or a woman can now change their God-given sex, by choice. They have made classifications such as lesbians, gays, and transgenders.
Society is now giving more liberty and license to propagate this lifestyle, and seemingly pushing aside the Godly, established way to a corner. We are living in a time that is parallel to the Prophet Ezekiel’s day, and Abraham’s day. A time when society sees no difference between the clean and the unclean, the Holy and the profane. A time of violence, when people shed blood like water running on the street, to avenge themselves.
It is in a time like this that God is seeking men, real men. Fathers, real fathers, who are willing to stand in the gap for their families. God is asking for real men to stand in the gap because sin has created a breach between God and man, between husbands and wives, between children and parents, between brethren and brethren. It’s time God finds people who would step in the gap and say to God: “Here I am!”

“All things are possible….” Yes, even in your marriage. Thank God for your marriage everyday. You are blessed to have your spouse. Regardless of the conflicts you face, the trials, and the challenges, remember, marriage is a blessing.
Never ever take your marriage for granted. Always pray for protection, especially from our own flesh and selfish ways.
Selfishness has been described as one of the major enemies of married love and of love within the family. Selfish behaviors can have a negative impact on marriage. Maintaining harmony in marriage has been difficult since Adam and Eve. Marriage is a lifestyle of selfless giving. The perfect marriage is two servants in love.
I realize it is sometimes difficult to let go of the past. You tend to remember the things your spouse have done to cause you hurt, and it often offends you in some way. It’s important that you allow God to help you to move on and forgive. Don’t hold on to offenses anymore. Marriage is not a competition or a contest. So we should never keep score. Clear your mind and and allow Jesus to heal your wounds.
You win in marriage by losing the selfish desire to get your way. Talk and work together instead of fighting. “We are not a team because we work together. We are a team because we respect each other and care for each other.” ~@ValaAfshar #teamwork.
Allow God to cause your marriage to be of integrity, wisdom and success. Surround yourself with Godly influences men and women who have a passion for God and His presence. But remember outsiders should never know when your marriage is in pieces. Talk about problems even though it may get heated. When the conversation starts becoming bitter and verbally abusive: STOP! Take a break, maybe about half an hour. But start talking about it again. Until the situation is resolved.
Start building and stop tearing down. And since you’re building, build a relationship:
R – Relying on God’s Word
E – Encouraging and building each other up
L – Long Lasting
A – Always be patient for God is writing your love story.
T – Telling them they are beautiful as they are
I – I trust in both God and you
O – One that is Christ Centered
N – Never lead each other astray from what is important
S – Seeking God first
H – Humble yourself before everyone
I – I am committed to loving you as Jesus loved you
P – Pray for each other
Ask God to cause you to see the good in each other. And when you pray, be wise to the enemy’s schemes. Bind the enemy in Jesus name, allow the Holy Spirit to cover you and anoint your marriage. Allow compassion, love and Grace motivate your every action in Jesus name!
The workshop is a group and individual experience.

Murder and talks of corruption seems to be on the mind of the average citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. While politicians are gearing up for election on September 7th 2015, another mother is making funeral arrangements to bury her son and crying to me saying “it’s not supposed to be like this… he was supposed to bury me!” We need to be rescued!
A land that was once a paradise, a jewel the envy of the Caribbean is quickly becoming the murder capital of the world. Families are afraid of venturing out in evening, hiking and having a river lime with friends used to be the average past time now the numbers for these past times are quickly dwindling.
In the midst of all this chaos I ask myself “WHERE IS THE CHURCH?” Is the church on vacation? Has the church forgotten about its role in the earth? The reason for this question is simply this, the bible tells me that Jesus in describing the church He said “…the gates of Hell shall not prevail against the church” – Matt 16:18. We have a Mission!
One of the greatest obstacles facing the church is unity.
How is it when at the smell of something that may be hazardous to the health of certain industrial workers, the OWTU (Oilfields Workers’ Trade Union) runs to the workers’ aid and shuts down the entire project, to the point as to put you and me in panic mode to get gas for our vehicle? And that’s just a trade union showing its strength, what power does the church have?
I am asking the church of Trinidad and Tobago to realize that the enemy is not the church down the street; the enemy of the church is the devil. Let us attempt something that has not been done before. Real unity of the Church of Jesus, holding hands together and magnifying the name of Jesus for our land.
The politicians don’t possess the answer, the answer is in Jesus. The land would only change when the Church intentionally changes it, in Jesus’ name.
Let us put our differences aside and life up the name of Jesus on Saturday 1st August 2015. Join the members of the body of Christ as we lift up Jesus together.
